There are many different levels of service that a client may require from simply organising for the collection and return of keys to full property management including cleaning, property inspections, etc. It can even be arranged that fresh flowers and wine be placed in a managed property abroad prior to a tenant arriving.

The charges for overseas property management vary depending on the service level required, the property location and property type; villas will generally have a higher charge than apartments.

In general the charges for overseas property management will be between 10 – 30% of rental income.
