RENTAL ARRANGEMENT
The developer has many complete projects already featured with the likes of Tui, Thomson and Thomas Cook. They have asked the tour operators what they wish to feature as a project in the future and they suggested this concept. The tour operators have said that they are interested in signing up the project once complete meaning that those that purchase a unit have the option to sign a guarenteed rental arrangement with the tour operator direct once complete if they wish. Tour operators won"t sign a project up until they can market it in brochures, this will be after the completion date of the project. Until the operators can take complete photos, the developer offers an "allocated rental" scheme.
