We love this friendly street and this house certainly doesn't disappoint, from the large 'san juan' entrance you can see right back and out to the patio beyond the house is cool in summer and warm in winter due to its think walls, It was 38 degrees outside and it felt cool when I photographed the house. Up the grand staircase there are 4 bedrooms by adding a door to the flat roof you could have a terrace from this floor with the most wonderful views (quote of 2,500€ to put in a new door and make a terrace) This really is a wonderful house, the current owner will be very sad to leave as its been in their family for decades, but its just too big now for her on her own.
