New detached villa

There are a small number of plots of land available on a gated community in the Santa Cristina (Capo Rizzuto) area. The community is beach front and has its own access to the beach. There are shops, entertainment and sports facilities on site. The example villa shown is a large 3 or 4 bedroom detached villa with a pool and balconies from all upstairs bedrooms. Clients can change the interior layout to a large extent in collaboration with an architect before the build begins. The price is a guide only as the exact price of the finished villa will depend on the plot size and the fixtures and finishings chosen by the client. Area Information Capo Rizzuto is a beautiful coastal area consisting of many beaches and coves. There is a large marine nature park protecting the entire area. There is much talk about this area of the east coast attracting major new investment from large entertainment organisations. The airport at Crotone is expected to be expanded to take international flights from 2009/2010.
